All lessons last 90 minutes.

There are free rental mats in the studio.

Forms of instruction:

RY = back yoga  -  for all  - gentle yet invigorating yoga to alleviate and prevent complaints of the musculoskeletal system   

BY = Basic Yoga  -  for all  - Mediation of yoga basics for yoga beginners and everyone who wants to devote themselves to their yoga basis in peace  

 

FY = fascia yoga  -  for all  - Static and dynamic exercises, partly with aids, for the care and vitalization of the connective tissue  

YY = Yin Yoga  -  for all  - passive, long-held asanas that help to gain distance from everyday life, to let go and to regenerate  

IY 1 or  2 = Iyengar Yoga 1  -  for all  - static, powerful yoga practice with a focus on physical alignment - "2" for experienced yogis  

VY = Vinyasa Yoga  - flowing, powerful, varied yoga practice, for experienced yogis and those who want "more" after basic yoga.    

AY = Ashtanga Yoga  - dynamic and powerful yoga practice, the first series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is taught  - for practiced yogis and those who want "more" after basic yoga.    

MY  = Mysore style  - Everyone practices in the group  independently, following your own breath.  The present teacher gives individual support - for experienced yogis

KY = Kundalini Yoga - for everyone - yoga practice according to  Balancing the flow of energy in the body, dynamic exercises, breathing exercises

Y&M = Yoga & Meditation  -  for all  -  Yoga with a focus on meditation
